Know Your Rights Online
The New Jersey Division on Civil Rights (DCR) will provide an overview of the Law Against Discrimination and the two other anti-discrimination laws that their agency enforces, as well as a review of the New Jersey Bias Investigation Access System. This online portal allows individuals to file a complaint related to bias-based harassment or discrimination. Join us to learn more about how the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights is working towards their mission to prevent, eliminate, and remedy discrimination and bias-based harassment in employment, housing, and places of public accommodation throughout New Jersey.
