Celebrate Black History Month with sci-fi adventure The Dividing Sky by Jill Tew. Set in 2364, Liv Newman longs to escape her lower class life as a proxy selling memories to the wealthy when she accepts an illegal job in a place called no-man's-land. Meanwhile, Forceman Adrian Rao is hunting down the threat of a rogue proxy whose illegal work is altering the brain chemistry of clients, only when he finally tracks down Liv, she has no memory. What follows will turn the lives of both completely upside down. Library staff member Emily will lead the discussion. Suggested age range for this book club: 18-29.
