Paris Bistro Life In-Person
Join us for an informative presentation by Gary Lee Kraut, an award-winning travel specialist who grew up in Ewing, NJ, and has lived in Paris for over 35 years. In this illustrated lecture, Gary will explore the development of these bistros over the past 150 years and their current role in Paris's culinary scene. He’ll introduce the audience to some of the owners, patrons, dishes, and wines that are part of his own Paris bistro life and that you, too, can meet and enjoy on your next trip to Paris. Sponsored by the Friends of the Lawrence Library.
