The Art of Forrest Bathing

The Art of Forrest Bathing Online

Forest Bathing (Shinrin-yoku) is an ancient practice that invites you to immerse your senses in a wooded environment to enhance peace and well-being. This restorative antidote to our nature-starved lives requires only a small patch of trees to unlock powerful health benefits—including lower blood pressure and cortisol levels, improved mood and sleep, and even potential immunity-boosting effects.

In this workshop, we will explore the history and background of this meditative tradition while engaging in reflective nature-connection activities such as creative journaling, art, poetry, and ritual. You’ll also receive guidance on how to mindfully venture into the woods to establish your own personal forest bathing practice.

Registration with an email is required, so we can send you a link to connect through GoToMeeting. You will receive the link approximately 24 hours before the program.
