Rule of Three Reading Group: Poetry In-Person
Named for the "rule of three" principle in writing and joke-telling, this reading group considers three pieces each month: a short story, a poem, and an essay, all connected by a theme. Join us to be introduced to new authors, new forms, and new ideas. This month's theme is "Poetry." The story is “The Accused” by Zakaria Tamer; the essay, “Madness, Rack, and Honey” by Mary Ruefle; and the poem, “Poetry” by Marianne Moore. Download a pdf of the readings here.
