Movie Matinée: Shrek In-Person
As part of our Summer Reading Enchanted Forest Festival, take a break inside to watch Shrek! This humorous twist on standard fairy tales, featuring Shrek the ogre as the main character, is a crowd-pleaser for all ages. The Summary: Follow Shrek's daring quest to rescue feisty Princess Fiona, with the help of his lovable loudmouthed Donkey, and win back the deed to his beloved swamp from scheming Lord Farquaad. Rated PG, with a run-time of 90 minutes. Based on the book by William Steig. For all ages, youngest with a caregiver. Sponsored by the Friends of the West Windsor Library.
No registration required. Walk-ins are welcome as long as space is available. Our event room has a cap of 80 participants, who will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend that you arrive 5 minutes before the program starts. Strollers must be parked outside of the event room to ensure space and safety. We appreciate your cooperation so we may offer a smoother flow of activities to the entire group.
