Financial Literacy for Kids In-Person
Join us for a 7-class series where kids get to explore the world of money! From bartering and budgeting, to saving, to smart spending, to taxes, students will learn real-life money skills through games, role-play, hands-on activities and creative projects. The classes will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons at 4pm. It is highly recommended that participants come to every session, but it isn't necessary. New students may join in at any time. Please register for each session independently.
For ages 7-12, youngest with a caregiver prepared to assist. Presented by Sahana S., a teen volunteer. Sponsored by the Friends of the West Windsor Library.
Registration is required for this event. Walk-ins are welcome as long as space and supplies are available. We recommend that you arrive 5 minutes before the program starts. If you have not arrived by the start of the program, we may give your spot to someone who is waiting. Please cancel if you are unable to attend so that your spot may be given to another. We appreciate your cooperation so we may offer a smoother flow of activities to the entire group.
