Queer Figures in New Jersey Online
October is LGBTQ+ History Month! Join us for a special program to discover queer figures in New Jersey history! Rutgers professor, Kristyn Scorsone will focus on key, queer figures in New Jersey that might have been missed in other history lessons. They will highlight queer figures in New Jersey and explore their impact on NJ history.

About the Presenter: Earning a PhD in American Studies from Rutgers University-Newark, Kristyn Scorsone is currently a lecturer in the History department at Rutgers University-Newark and New Brunswick, as well as a public historian with the Queer Newark Oral History Project and the Humanities Action Lab.
