Caregiver Support Group (Grupo de Apoyo para Cuidadores) In-Person
This is a safe space to share and to learn about ways caregivers can cope with their stress and concerns. Kat Verdi, MAT, CADDCT, facilitates and shares (in English and Spanish) many resources available; her mission is to educate, empower, and encourage. Sandwiches will be served. Registration is required.
Este es un espacio seguro para compartir experiencias y conocer estrategias que permitan a los cuidadores manejar el estrés y las preocupaciones asociadas con su labor. La Sra. Kat Verdi, MAT, CADDCT, dirige la sesión y ofrece (en inglés y en español) diversos recursos disponibles. Su misión es educar, empoderar y brindar aliento a los cuidadores.
Se ofrecerán refrigerios. Es necesario inscribirse previamente con la librería.
