CANCELED Lenape Program. Tulpehaking Nature Center In-Person
Ages 5 and up, child must be accompanied by an adult.
Limited to 25 participants!
Participants will learn about Lenape History and culture at the Abbott Marshlands by examining artifacts of the unique pottery discovered there. By highlighting the patterns shown on these vessels, like archaeologists, participants will consider the significance of these artifacts and attempt to unpack the mystery of their design. Participants will then integrate what they learned by creating an Abbott-zoned Pottery sherd of their own.
