Cook Talks: The New Jersey Food Truck Cookbook In-Person
Whether appearing at food festivals, catering personal and business events, or just serving up lunch on the job site, New Jersey's food trucks are some of the best in the nation. Author Patrick Lombardi has been around the circuit for nearly a decade, covering a wide range of events as well as gourmet food trucks for online publication BestofNJ.com. He used this experience when putting together his second book: The New Jersey Food Truck Cookbook. Lombardi will be sharing helpful kitchen tips and his favorite recipes from the book, including Brownie Bar's "non-gingerbread cookies." Sponsored by the Friends of the Lawrence Library.
