Get Lit: The Princess Bride: by William Goldman In-Person
Follow William Goldman's witty, sarcastic and self-aware retelling of the "good parts" of The Princess Bride. An unbelievable tale of love, hate, revenge, truth, lies, death and adventure. At the heart of the story is the tale of love between farm boy Wesley and Princess Buttercup. Along the way they'll meet royalty, monsters, giants, pirates, miracle men, lots of bad guys and some good ones too. Library staff member Emily will lead the discussion. Suggested age range for this book club: 18-29.
