SUMMARY:Unplugged Coding
DESCRIPTION:Unplugged Coding for Ages 6-11 introduces foundational computer
science concepts through engaging\, hands-on activities that require no
computers or screens. Children learn essential skills like algorithmic
 thinking\, sequencing\, and debugging by playing games\, solving puzzles\,
and using physical manipulatives. This program builds crucial cognitive
skills and a strong understanding of how programs work\, all while
fostering collaboration and creative problem-solving.\n\nFor ages 6-11.
Sponsored by the Friends of the West Windsor Library. \n\nRegistration is
required for this event. Walk-ins are welcome as long as space and supplies
are available. If you are more than 10 minutes late\, we may give your
spot to someone who is waiting. Please cancel if you are unable to attend
so that your spot may be given to another. We appreciate your cooperation
so we may offer a smoother flow of activities to the entire group.
