Drop-in Upcycle Challenge: Food
Pick from a variety of recycled materials (cardboard, fabric, plastic, paper, etc.) to complete the challenge of the month. For all ages, with an adult to supervise.
The theme for January and February is mobiles. Use an old CD or pieces of cardboard to create a base, then hang decorations from it to sway and spin. Add just a couple of simple items to finish your project in a single afternoon, or return again and again to keep working on a more complex, layered mobile.
For children and teens of all ages, with an adult to supervise.
Sponsored by the Friends of the Lawrence Library.
