Family Yoga Demonstration Class In-Person
Join Miss Brittany of Motherhood & Movement for family yoga. Class will begin with a family dance party to shake your sillies out, some familiar nursery rhymes to promote movement, followed by some deep breathing and some simplified yoga. Parents, be prepared to follow along to model for your little ones! Please bring a towel or yoga mat for each person.
Recommended for all ages, with a caregiver.
Registration is required. Please register each child attending. You do no need to register caregivers.
