Creative Coping Journaling: a practice for an inspired life In-Person

Anyone looking for an inspirational and creative entry into journaling is invited to join this new writing group. We'll base our writings on curated journal entries from the Isolation Journals, the popular mindful journaling activity by Suleika Jaouad, author of "The Book of Alchemy."

Led by Jessica Engelhart of JFCS of Greater Mercer County. We'll be meeting every other week for 6-sessions in total. You'll not be behind if you start with this session.

In each session we'll read a journal prompt, consider what inspired it, write about it and discuss it. No experience in creative or journal writing is necessary. Feel free to bring a journal or notepad. Writing paper, pencils and pens will be available.

Registration strongly encouraged.
