Medicare in 2026 In-Person
Medicare Advantage open enrollment, where you can sign up or make changes to your current plan, runs until March 31.
Deborah Thomas, from S.H.I.P. (the State Health Insurance Assistance Program), will review the parts of Medicare (A, B, C, D) and their costs as well as penalties for late enrollment that exists in some parts. We will also review the Medicare Advantage (part C) plans and talk about their many different premiums and their requirement to use physicians, hospitals and labs within their networks as well as the travel restrictions involved.
Anyone who now needs to enroll in a Medicare Advantage program or change their existing plan, may call the S.H.I.P. office at 609-695-6274 ext. 215 to schedule an appointment with a counselor.
