She is the founder of @BigFamilyLiving, an online community for people who like to preserve, create, cook, and garden. With more than three decades of culinary experience, Holly Capelle has mastered the art of combining traditional preservation techniques with modern-day practicality. Together with her husband Kevin and their six children, she has transformed their suburban home into a thriving mini-homestead, where they grow, harvest, and preserve their own food. She lives just outside Portland, Oregon. Preserving the Seasons is her first book.
