Reader's Theater: Dinosaur Pirates! In-Person
In this reader’s theater program, we will ‘unearth a story’…and then jump right in and act it out! First, we’ll sit and listen to a read-aloud of Penny Dale’s picture book Dinosaur Pirates. Then, we’ll decorate some masks and props. Finally, we will act out the swashbuckling adventure! Even the youngest kids will be able to join in the fun, as most of the story is read by a narrator. On each page, the dinos join together in a simple, onomatopoeic refrain. Come sail the open stage with us with a yo-ho-ho and a pile of fun! For children of all ages, with an adult to supervise.
