Cook Talks: Balkan Snacks In-Person
We are excited to welcome Chef Zora Levkovski, owner of Little Balkan of Hamilton, NJ. Chef Zora will discuss what makes Balkan snacks and treats so delicous. According to Encyclopedia Britannica, the Balkans "are usually characterized as compromising Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Romania, Serbia and Slovenia. [...] Portions of Greece and Turkey are also located within the geographic region generally defined as the Balkan Peninsula." Learn about this unique regional cuisine with Chef Zora's help.
