Summer Teen Film Workshop In-Person
The Summer Teen Film Workshop will meet from 1:30-4 pm on Saturdays July 11th and July 18th. When you register for July 11th you will be registered for both sessions.
We will cover how to make and edit a short film, with emphasis on practical skills including making shot lists and storyboards, using the camera and sound equipment, and the steps involved in shooting actual film scenes.
We will also cover using green screen, split screen, and AI-generated backgrounds to do special effects scenes.
In the course of this workshop we will make some short films which we will show at a special screening at the library on Wednesday July 22nd at 6:30 pm.
Registration is required.
Ages 11-18.
