Beginner English Classes for Adults In-Person
Join our basic English classes designed for adults who are just starting to learn English. The program consists of five sessions in August, each lasting 90 minutes. Topics cover introductions, form-filling, discussing the weather, seeking assistance, giving and following directions, and transportation. Our focus is on practical communication skills, with plenty of listening and speaking practice. Remember to bring a notebook and pencil to class, and kindly note that no children are allowed. Jean Yepes, a certified teacher of English to speakers of other languages, leads these engaging sessions. She brings extensive experience from her work at ETS and her studies in applied linguistics.
