Cook Talks: Haitian Food In-Person

We are excited to welcome Marie from Black Pearle Haitian Cuisine to discuss what makes great Haitian food. Marie will share information on the roots of Haitian cuisine and stories of family cooking traditions for popular dishes such as stewed chicken, griot (fried pork), Djon Djon (black mushroom rice) and fried plantains.
