Cook Talks: Addressing Food Insecurity and Food Waste In-Person
We are excited to welcome Meg Lembo of Share My Meals of Princeton, NJ. Share My Meals is one of the local organizations dedicated to reducing food waste and addressing food insecurity by recovering surplus meals from commercial cafeterias and getting them to neighbors in need. Find out more about how these topics affect New Jersey and how groups in Mercer County are working to combat this through their work and through awareness building within the community.
