Poet's Perspective Poetry Reading & Open Mic In-Person
Celebrate local poetry with featured poets and writers Judy Salcewicz and Virginia Barrie. Salcewicz, a retired teacher who leads the monthly Lawrence HQ writing workshop, and Barrie, an actor and director, both have been published in journals such as Kelsey Review, U.S. 1 Worksheets, and Paterson Literary Review. Barrie has also written several one-act plays. After the reading, poets of all experience levels are invited to share their work at a welcoming open mic. Light refreshments will be served. Advanced registration is appreciated.
